ok so when's the Hill Climb? Having come a resounding last in the freewheel competition there has to be something I can do :(

Not set a date for it yet...

The traditional time of year for hillclimbs is at the end of the season - so September/October ish. But the ACC calendar gets a bit full in September what with the open 10, President's 10, club road race, and the overlap of the road race & TT seasons with the cross season. And once into October we need to avoid clashing with open hillclimbs. So it might be better to break with tradition and bring it forward to some time over the summer.
