Sent off for mine over 2 weeks ago, still no sign of it. Are they always this slow to send them out, am I right in thinking they get sent to Joyce first?

At Hillingdon they'll know your now a 3rd cat.
Yes, your licence goes to Joyce first. And yes, this time of year they are very slow to come, especially for big clubs. They tend to send a load in one go to the club contact (i.e Joyce). Mine took about 2 weeks. As long as you have your number it doesn't really matter. Plus, they're so slow with results at the moment (almost 2 weeks for the results from the 10th to show up on the BC website) so your 3rd cat licence will be another few weeks... That should get sent direct to you though.

Yep, work that one out then. As you know I only got 3rd status last saturday so fair play to BC for being on the ball.

Like I said before, they're probably waiting to send licences to Joyce in one big package. It's probably printed and in an out tray on someones desk!
Ah well. I don't think it's Lucy/Doug that are being slow with sending in the results to BC, just that they're being slow to put them up. So God knows how they sorted your licence so fast!

Or more likely die a death halfway through the race, will be interesting to see how I do if I go. Last time I raced with 3rds would have been at Palace last july, certainly got a lot stronger since then.
