MTB Sunday rides are still happening ...

Postby sylv » Thu Mar 10, 2005 4:41 pm

Just a reminder in case you were wondering, seeing as there is no weekly digest at the moment.

Last Sunday four of us, Ciad, Bob, FG and myself braved the bitterly northern wind and were rewarded with trails that were in place nice and crisply frozen, but in others thick with mud.

We kept it short and were back for around noon. Well I was, but then again I lost the others towards the end. I thought they were waiting for me when I stopped for a p, but they didn't (see me stop?) and carried on. I hope they didn't get lost. But be reassured, this doesn't happen very often. Promised.

Last time I go on one of these rides, the lead justs buggers off and we were stranded for days.

dont worry though cos I managed to find my way through the dense forest of spring park and survived on bits of FG.

sylv, whats the current situation on sunday rides at the moment? I've lost touch with what is going on these days.

I should be fit enough after my arse injury in chamonix to ride this weekend. nice local jaunt this sunday sounds like what the doctor ordered.

well done by the way sylv!

marco, are you fit again?
