You should've come out on New Year's Eve folks  . If I get a free weekend in the spring/summer/autumn/anytime the sun might be out then I'll do another social ride (with some nice hills so you can play if you want) so we can enjoy the White Bear again but this time sit out in the garden with our pints rather than around the fireplace.

Up for that one again Andrew. I agree a summer run to the White bear would be great, as Im starting to get fed up with the ice. Oh and popped into the Plough yesterday and as Guru P mentioned a great pub with reasonable fare to boot.

It is an offence and you can be charged for it, but at least you don't get points on your licence

I go for Snoop's pub too. Had a good meal with friends there New Year's Day (after a good meal with Agreeables on Andrew's New Year's Eve run, at the White Bear, Fickleshole (re name, I kid you not  ). Also I've had a good meal at the big pub just before swinging left into Flanchford Lane on clubrun; would be about lunchtime if you retraced usual outward routr from Charlwood.

Yes, I've been wondering what's going on on this conversation (is that the right terminology?) and also why my name is on Mark's list... :?:
