Well done Mr Hammond, you may have bottled a cross race against George, PVT, and myself but you did pretty well today.

What about him...he's such a miserable boring tw*t. :D

I watched the end of the race today on Eurosport, wasn't paying much attention untill Rog the Dodge flew off the front, great win against the odds and well deserved.

No, its just whenever I've sen him interviewed he can never raise a smile and just seems so dull...just like the large majority of sports men and women folk then.

Think its live on eurosport tomorrow. Not the whole stage though, how dull would that be  straight flat road after straight flat road....(my kinda terrain then)

Since when did Bradley Wiggins become Wiggo? He's not a rugby player or a cricketer is he?

Actually, he is pretty cool. One of the nicer Pro's I've met. At the Tour of Britain in 2004 when I was just a naive 17 y o (as apposed to a naive 21 y o), he gave me a piece of advice I will never forget, he also told me not to tell anyone, as it's a ''trade secret''. So, don't ask! Snoop, check out the pictures from any track meeting, look at the banners. Or, read the reports on BC.

Flat stages are not always as boring as you might think... particularly in Qatar where the wind can rip the bunch to shreds. Just like it did today.

Well last time I spoke to him he hated being called Wiggo and was changing his name to Weller and learning how to play the guitar......which joking aside he does play anyway I think.

It was a tad window out there today, quite funny at times watching them get blown across the road, played into the Cervélo's teams hands though, they looked really strong today.
