The laydees were only interested because you tied a ligature ( ie HR monitor strap) round your groin whilst running in order to make your 'package' swell.

I wont bring the tri suit as I have a rather fetching shorts and crop top combo that is, quite simply, amazing. Especially when I'm in it.

Cheers Andy, texted Rob and got the same response. Trying to persuade a colleague into coming out with us. Said he will know after the weekend, I've sold it as a couple of easy rides, eating cake, drinking coffee and, in the evening, drinking beer. Sounds about right? He said he had a bike and had ridden it a few times, I'm sure he'll be fine...
