After several weeks of mayhem, moving and Dr's appointments I am now back.....

So I being away for quite some weeks there must be some Chat for me so please fill in the gaps and help me with an upto date feedback. How are ya. Be good to see you back on the road in the ACC peloton. Been going out with the big boys and girls in the 19 group but always end up getting shelled out the back of the through and off a bit before the sprint, but will keep trying no pain no gain and all that twaddle.
