I felt like sh1te by that point and I'm only glad I couldn't see meself. I showed a mate @ work the pic and they didn't believe it was me. I sure suffered on Sunday. Like the one of Keith - will send it to the advertiser along with a few words tomorrow.

Ill take the 20 seconds. Im not out of the saddle but thanks for pointing that out as I can see that I had it set far too high.
I very rarely get out of the saddle at all which you would know if you did the same rides as me and you would also then know you comments about the TG are a load of bull (if you dont already).
