The pocket of the seat in front can hold the contents of an adult bladder and lower bowel quite comfortably.

Recently booked my first Ryanair flight for ages. There's a £4.75 debit card charge. Fair enough. But per person, per flight leg? What's all that about?

Isn't it about time that light people should get cheaper tickets than heavy people?

I mean surely it makes sense! If I weigh 72kg, why should I pay the same as someone who weighs 100kg!?

That's been a point I've tried making in the past. Didn't get me anywhere at check-in though.

Did anybody actually see the boss of Ryanair interviewed on the news this morning?

He is so funny, talk about spin! you've got to take your hat off to the man really. Spend a pound to spend a penny.

You don't have to fly with his airline. Do the sums, add the total up for flying BA.....

Maky Mark looking forward to riding on Saurday.... Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much :D

Paolo Bettini, considered best of his generation, 60 kg. But you're taller.

Oh, Ok, I'll see what I can do... maybe if I get to go to the Rás my weight will dip below 70 for the first time since... er, I don't know!

I was reading a blog about Ryan Air yesterday (can't find it now), where one contributor suggested that all Irish people are supposed friendly and cheerful. Michael O'Leary is just breaking down national stereotypes. That's a good thing, no? .

Stick an empty jam jar in your hand luggage, I say.

Depressing thing is, even with a 7kg advantage, and age and guile on my side, you can still drop me on any hill :(

We have a week's holiday near Carcassonne booked in September. Choices:
1 Fly ScrewYouAir to Carcassone, only 15km from Holiday home.
2 Fly Easyjet to Toulouse, some 60-70km away (picking up car there).

No contest - no. 2. Mind you, it could be that OhLeery just dream up such stunts to take the p1ss and get dubious publicity ...
