anyone riding to the CR from Epsom'ish way on Sat?

I have a friend who’s keen to join on Saturday, he’s been convinced that its not to far to ride from Epsom to the mighty CSS.

i wont be there tomorrow as I’m racing on Sunday. although the 50 mile with box hill didn’t seam to do any harm last week, i might try using the big cog this time thou. opse,
