The 2005 addiscombe road race chamionships!!!

Date: Saturday August 20th

Time : 1(ish) ocklock start

Venue: Hillingdon

restrictions: due to permits, and insurance, sorry but only 1st claim members!

There will be one big race, but you will be in two different groups without knowing it depending on ability

There will be free tea, and some form of free food(either cake or energy bar)

There will be cash prizes, there will be other prizes

there will be 2 primes for the sprinters

it will not rain, it will boost the winners ego

AND, ITS ONLY £3 TO ENTER

i still need to find a first aider..my dad may be able to make it, if not, can anyone else help...PLEASEEEEEE

I will do my best to be there. I can organise a first aider from work if that is of any help. If you are out tomorrow Rob I can sort this out with you. Otherwise can respont to e mails on Monday. (leaving work now)!

I'm considering racing, but know little about how to go about this, I've only been a ACC member for 3 weeks, and I'm a first aider.

But its a F.A. course for the workplace, so don't know if theres any implications regarding insurance etc etc

I'll be on the club run tommorow, riding a Bianchi in Liquigas colors
