I just received this advide from a mate: Tidy!

[quote]road rash my arse ....looks like Carole got a bit enthusiastic with the spanking paddle ...more lube and a little less top spin next time my son. I'm reliably informaed that a poultice of crushed salt and vinegar crisps rubbed into the wound will hasten your recovery

Seriously folks, how would you avise I manage this back to its former shiny glory?

Last night I bathed it, sprayed with Neosporin (sp) then put Neosporin cream on then applied a soft cloth dressing which has been on there since 10pm last night. What next y'all???

Cheers - Snoop

A bottle of rum for anasthetic, them amputation with a rusty saw by the ship's surgeon. Arrrr.

Or you could try Melolin dressings, which allow it to heal without sticking.

Yup just keep it moist and keep bathing it.
It looks a bit big for a hydrocolloid dressing - which I've decided are pure magic and work wonders on smaller injuries.

You better be careful Snoop, some randy old geezer with a penchant for doing things to people with cheesegraters would pay a lot of money for an eyeball of your injury.

You better get it better soon, otherwise you are going to be chased round the garden by said randy geezer in a Benny Hill style (cue music)

I was thinking of your 'arris on my way home tonight Snoop  .

Getting near home and it was chucking it down, and obviously had been there for some time as there were big puddles/ponds by the roadside which I had to keep riding through. Approaching the tram tracks by Addington Park and there was a big ol' puddle over the second track where it had suck down a bit in the tarmac. Straight away an image of a pirates red arse was in my mind  , just rode over normally though (at an angle) and came out the other side. I'm referring to the puddle and tram track here not emerging from the other side of a pirates...

Hopefully that's the last time I get a vision of your backside in my head as it wasn't pleasant. Hope it heals up quick, keep it greasy (neosporin's good) and covered I think is the rule - as Jon says something that won't stick.
