Very nice evening. Just my Dad and I from Addiscombe in attendance but always good to listen to Keith and his fountain of knowledge and experience.

Classic quote from him tonight about being a domestique in Paris-Roubaix:
"You race for 5 hours...and then you really start racing".

I echo Andrew's comment. I left with firm impression that if Keith responded to some of the views on our 'Training' forum, he'd be using the 'rolling eyes' :roll: Smilie a lot. His route, clearly, was 'loads of miles & hours in the saddle and make them hard'. He certainly came over as a 100% cyclist, not just a racer.
