Pilates in the Spring Time

Our next block of pilates classes is due to start on May 13th and as usual will run for 8 weeks. Classes start at 8.30pm and are held in the ACC club room.

I think I speak for all the regulars when I say this is great training, great fun (teach has a wicked sense of humour and don't get me started on Marky Mark ) and great cake to cap it all off.

If you would like to join us, the cost is £60 for the 8 lesson block. I will be putting a note into the next Lanterne Rouge too, meantime please post here or contact Adam directly if you want to get involved. He's listed here on the forum as Pilates-balance.com (shhh, don't tell marco )
