Just spoke to my lady who's just looked out of her ofice window in westminster and its dry there....not that it helps a lot. My parents are in Chesire and have reported its fair there today with a cool breeze. My brothers in Dorset but I haven't asked as he's a miserable git.

Leaving for Palace now - its on my way home almost anyway so will see what happens

Sat in central london it has come over grey and been sunny then grey then sunny all day so I think that anything could happen between now and kick off
