After you have promoted an event please let me have your final list of helpers in attendance. And I mean helpers, people who signed up to help, not people who come along to cheer on the team on the day, great though that is we love you all. Example: I went to the road race this year on the day as a spectator, not a helper (though I did inadvertently provide some help.....crikey I'm confused), so that event did not count towards my quota. Hope that's clear
. Last year I missed out on a couple of lists from promoters and rather embarrassingly tried to press gang some agreeables who had already done their bit. I'd prefer not to drop that ball again, thereby leaving me free to do something even more embarrassing (join the suggestion queue).
Don't forget now...I need your lists
