Went up to the E2/10 course this afternoon. I wouldn't have bothered if I'd known how windy it was going to be.
I really struggled into the headwind on the way out, in the low twenties mph most of the way. Coming back was much easier, 27mph+ all the way back to finish in 24:09 - not really worth an hour and a half in the car each way.

That Hutchinson fella won again. The windy conditions didn't seem to slow him down, as he did 18:59 beating the whole field by over a minute (next fastest was a 20:16).

Shoddy form again for Hutch this year by the looks of things .
