Following on from Dr Dombo's list of cycling things to do I have prepared my own list which I think is probably a bit harder to achieve than all that etape stuff.
1. Post a sub 26 min time on the evening 10 on the holmwood course
2. Complete 3 consective club runs without being shouted at by Monty or a vc for some misdemeanor
3. Go on a club run with Chloe covered up apart from her face
4. Get a kiss from Amy
