Mileage has actually gone down over the last week with the weather and mechanicals, intensity is fairly level and easy. Bike position is still the same.
Bloody golf on Sunday, first time I played this year, carrying the bag on a hilly course (and messing around)
I have just tried to book an Osteopath/physiotherapy up at Warlingham Green.
I will have to pay for it as I can't get in to see a doctor.... fingers crossed
