The health and fitness one is better.. out on friday i think. its a really good quarterly mag.

Oooooh cake! Yesterday I enjoyed the best piece of banana cake I've ever had. A delicious piece of hme made, banana-y, sugary, icing-y deliciousness. Eaten at the Beech Cafe, Sustainability Centre, near Petersfield. Yummm
