We've all had them - those nasty stripes which single out cyclists from any other form of sentient life. Some rider's love them, most go out of their way to avoid them at all costs - and usually fail.
So let this thread be a celebration of the cycling tan line (hopefully most of us will see enough of the sun this summer to actually post some images)

Fortunately there is no photographic record of the time I got sunburnt through the slots in my cycling helmet in Lanzarote, and ended up with badger stripes on my head.
Don’t mean to be a killjoy, but red aint cool folks. Coming from sunnier climes the sun is a killer and have seen to many cases of skin cancer. You can still get an awesome tan, but slap on the protection . You've been warned
