For me, I would rather ride the Tour.

But lets not be hasty, I would welcome a ride in any of the grand tours with open arms. I just think that the Tour is the original, and the best.

Giro has been the best for years for me. I watch the Tour but with less interest. The organisers make the Giro a better race with the route and the things they try. Some don't come off but they try and often end up with classic stages like the unsurfaced climbs in stages. Short kick up finishes littered through the race, mountains mixed throughout the race etc all make for better viewing.

The Tour has been too formulaic for years and years now, and I feel it makes so many of the stages deeply dull. Even the Queen stage is often boring for the vast majority of it.
