Ive just gone and got a Giro ionos livestrong helmet. Picked it up for $120

Don't know if you could get prescription lenses in the deal.

I found 2 helmets that were comfortable in GB's - MET and Specialised S works, with the latter appearing to be better vented and it has proved to be pretty cool (air sense), and got a good deal too.
