Nice pics....shame you didn't catch Chris's high speed, puncture-induced somersaulting dismount.

How's the shoulder Chris? Have you been to A&E? Cannot believe you were casually prodding bits of broken bone to demonstrate to us that it was actually broken - don't you feel pain like the rest of us????

The pain doesn't kick in until the adrenaline wears off. Especially on elbows apparently
