Sorry guys, It looks like I won't be able to make it tomorrow. I've hurt by back again and the sensible thing is I take it easy tomorrow rather than trying to go out and then having to turn back if it get's bad.
Sunday's ride to Biggin Hill should still go ahead as there will be other people there to lead it.
