I happened to pick this up from the library last week:

It's an accessible, well written book on Johan Bruyneel - the tactician behind the teams behind Lance's and Contador's Tour wins.

Reading the book, even if Bruyneel has appeared to have lost control, he may well find some way of turning it to the team's advantage..... This guy doesn't like losing.
