Nice :)

I realised that I had enough spare bits to almost build up a new bike, just needed a couple of odds and sods. I also had my old Ambrosio frame sitting in the loft doing nothing, which was a shame as it's a nice frame and handles beautifully, but it was showing signs of age and commuting wear and scuffs.

Cue respray. I went to Pearson's and picked it up today, to say I'm pleased with the result is an understatement it's a fantastic job - at least as good as the original. Pearson's service is second to none and Guy was very helpful (as ever) on a couple of other things I asked him about.

Soon to be built up with a compact as a holiday and hilly ride bike :D

Respray cost with transfers was just under £130, bargain to bring new life to an old frame.

Yep a nice looking bike Andrew but if I went for the Pearsons paintjob I wouldn't want a loony left borough of London plastered all over my frame :D

It looks nice, almost a corbon fibre look to it!

Cheeky, It's in fine condition - it's a pale colour not washed out  . Mind you it does need a bit of attention to a couple of slight wear marks and the whipped cord edging in one place, so any sofa repairers out there give me a call.

cool - but can't help thinking you should have got a subtle green outline on the logo, or a subtle transparent green pearl effect on top of the black...
