To all,

I am looking for a Turbo Trainer has anyone got one 4 sale or let me know of a good one to buy.

I have never used one and know nothing about them. If someone could also direct me where to get as training program this was also be very helpful.

Try http://www.tacx.nl for training routines they are the peeps who make them, also there are loads on the web just type in turbo training routines in google and you will be on your way- or not :lol:

Turbo training tips:

1) Get a quite one (not a cheapo fan type).
2) Protect your bike & floor from sweat with towels.
3) Use a big fan to blow air to keep cool(ish).
4) Use a spare rear wheel & old tyre so you don't knacker your good tyres.
5) Vary the types of sessions you do.
6) Listen to music or watch TV to relieve the boredom.
7) Pete Read Coaching does a good training manual.
