It's even easier than that.

I just avoid Facespace and Mybook cpompletely.

Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin got em all. :shock: Facebook great for sharing pics, catching up with friends around the world and looking at random status updates. :roll: Twitter, well its ok for things like getting the thoughts of sports stars during TdF etc. Linkedin, great for proffesional networking. Am I sad?? perhaps, but its technology at my finger tips and Im sure some will go out of fashion with new technology taking over.

Lots of ageeables on facebook and a ACC group, so a good way to promote the club. ;-)
