As for club run discipline, it's an old chestnut, usually about speed. I would remind people to read the ACC club run code of conduct (found somewhere in the top bit of the forum) and to remember that it's not just the VCs who are there to keep the ride running smoothly - it's EVERYONE.
Riding in a group does require a different mindset from riding solo - you have to remember that what you do affects everyone around you.
I have been told that I have an advantage when I'm in a group - I can be heard 'squawking away' (thank you whoever said that, I can't remember who) - but apparently having a higher pitched voice it carries more. Most people accuse me of being too quietly spoken and they can't hear me...
