Birthday celebration

Postby Bridget » Sat Sep 19, 2009 6:06 pm

As I will be turning 21 (ahem) on Saturday 26th September I'm having a celebration at Cubana latin bar in Waterloo and would love it if some of you could join me for a night of latin music, dancing, cocktails and fun!

I have the downstairs bar area reserved from 8pm; live music starts at 11pm and I will be there ‘til 3am dancing my twenties goodbye. There is good (non-authentic!) Cuban-style food available…and did I mention the cocktails?

The bar is on the corner of Waterloo Road and Lower Marsh – all details and a map available on their website.

https://www.cubana.co.uk/

I've mentioned this to a few people already, but anyone is welcome. It would be good if you could let me know if you’re planning to come along. Hope to see you there!

Cheers,

Bridget

Funny, I've been 21 for a while now... : )
Sounds good. I'm at a wedding in the daytime but will try to head down afterwards as I live in Clapham anyway. : )

You've been skim-reading again, Sean, haven't you?

Happy birthday, Bridget. I and my twin have our own 21st birthday the day before yours, so we already have plans - otherwise I'd love to come along.

Sorry, I'm "21" as well.

My birthday's next Wednesday, and I'm planning a day off from "work". If the weather's nice, I might go out for a spin on my bike.

Sounds like a good evening. Alas my dancing shoes will be somewhere else but have a great time.
