Pilates - Restarts Tomorrow

Postby Snoop Doug » Mon Sep 21, 2009 2:49 pm

Hey folks

Pilates is back on again @ the church hall from tomorrow. 8.15pm for a prompt 8.30 start. If you've not tried the class before, why not come along and give it a go. Adam's a good teacher and good fun too, and we get a lot of benefit from this form of training (did anyone mention cake?). Hope to see a few of you there tomorrow.

Snoop

PS - Latecomers not allowed in after 8.45 (elf n safety)

Hi folks,

Looking forward to starting this again, something came up last week so this week should get the old bones clicking again.

Rob - the class is on a Wednesday, my bad

Yes - there are spaces, though why that's so beats me - it's a great class. I can't make this week but you can use my place for a try out?? Up to you - if you do go just let Adam (teacher) know you and I have agreed 8)

I was only thinking the other day I need to do some more stretching, the old bones and tendons start aching a bit when the weather gets cold. Can you remind me where, how much and finish time please. I will come on wednesday just for a try out if there is a place.
Thanks Chris

I'm almost sure there are places (unless there has been a sudden influx since last week).

The class is in the Hall of Christ Church Methodist church on Lower Addiscombe Road.

It is from 8.30 - 9.30 pm though as Snoop said, arrive a bit earlier (not like me!)

It's £60 for an 8 week block of classes.

You can contact the teacher Adam over the forum - pilates-balance.com is his user name, or at his website of the same name. I'm sure it would be fine to just come along later though Adam's contact numbers are on his website if you want to give him a call to check.

Cheers,
Bridget
