Can't recall if I mentioned but team ACC held the shield again in 2009. Our points total was way down on 2008 and other clubs are upping their game. If Crawley Wheelers had woken up sooner and done some early season racing I think we may well have lost the shield this year. To remind you the shield is contested across the whole SCCU time trialling season so there really is something for everyone. Early season leg breaking sporting courses, a flat (ish) 10, right up to the big 100. If you've not had a go before, why not break your duck in 2010.
