I think Lance is a hell of a rider,seeing him in 2000 Tour going up Hautecam got me into cycling & what he did this year was amazing and I don't believe he doped in later years .. However - I do think there are questions about him that have not been answered ..
I asked you once before - if he was so good in his heyday, how come he worked with one of , if not the most notorious dodgy doctor , namely Mr Ferrari ?
last time I asked you said you preferred Porsche

I don't want to resurrect the whole doping debate but I think it is more than supposition & innuendo if Lance was seeing dodgy doctors - speaks volumes I think...

Interesting analogy.

Well big difference, one was tried in a Court of Law using factual evidence and rightly convicted.

The other will never make it to a court of law - much as plenty of powerful people/countries would like, as it is all bobbins and would be interesting only because how quickly it would be laughed out of court.

Now it might work if the laws in most countries were changed to:

Guilty by association
Guilty by allegation
Guilty because some people say so
Guilty because the press say so
Guilty because they lie to reporters (sorry I didn't realise that people have to take an oath for this)
Guilty because somebody has a right to defend their name
Guilty because they don't give a blood sample to every Tom, Dick and Harry that knocks on their door
Guilty because they are American and have won the TDF 7 times
Guilty because they have made a comeback in their sport

Now if we had the above, things could get very interesting as we could really get some use out of our very own Forum to sort out some undesirables out there, the Conservatives would all be gone, I have a feeling that stand up comedians or humour in general would suffer a similar fate - and heaven help the true believers - crosses outside the town hall for us...
