Beans on toast with grated cheese on top.......

....failing that any left overs in the fridge that I can snack on as I'm more ofetn than not to cream crackered to make anything.

I tend to find I can't eat much for about 3 or 4 hours after a ride, I have a recovery drink but thats about it till I feel hungry.

Wouldn't mind Sylv's cordon bleu choice. Usually settle for a bacon roll with HP sauce. Marmite - UGH!

Oh and now for a secret - that SIS chocolate recovery powder makes a sweet chocolate mousse - just add only a couple tea spoons of water instead of half of pint (no Chloe, that's not why I had to order another tub so soon, I only found out about that trick just recently ).

You can make it as thick as Nutella - and in a similar fashion eat it out of the jar with a spoon - only with about half the guilt - it's meant to heal your aching muscles after all - brilliant eh!

usually scrambled eggs on toast, recently I have tried out a bowl of chia seed gel with honey for recovery, bareable.
