Ribble, Parker International, or Wiggle are generally the cheapest online retailers. Good deals to be had on Ebay if you're patient and/or lucky. And last of all, I think I've got some 105 stuff in my garage - I'll check.

Doesn't 105 go to 10 speed in 2006?

Anyway why are you upgrading, are bits worn out or too heavy? You don't need to replace everything at the same time, for example 8 speed derailleurs should work fine on 9 (or indeed 10) speed. 8 speed chainsets work fine on 9 speed systems too in my experience.
