Shame to lose the finishing steep drop but I think it'll be better being longer and twistier. It's a great fast pedaling duck and dive number, which my memory seems to have Summer Lightening as too. Haven't done that trail for donkey's ages, howzabout next time we meet at the Westcott car park and climb up from t'other side and drop in to Peaslake for tea and goodies as a half time pitstop?

Edit: either Sunday 6th or 13th December? Meet in Westcott car park at 10am? Any takers?

Checking my diary I'm doing a cross race at Herne Hill on the 5th so would want a road ride on the 6th anyway. Looks like 13th's favourite then .
