i wanna make my text auto scroll when you hover over it.

look at the site...down the bottom is a huge batch of text, when your cursor hits the arrow..it auto scrolls...

ive only got html...cant use flash!! can anyone tell me how to do this?

even better, could someone please do it for me....then, where i write, enter"your text here" and send it to

nick the source, i.e. right click over the text box and 'View Source'. I'm no expert but it looks like some javascript functions (movedown(), moveup()) called from the mouse over events of the up/down arrow images.
