Sunday 27th ride

Postby PeteS » Mon Dec 14, 2009 11:06 pm

I'll be leading a ride on the Sunday after Christmas, nice and gentle open to everyone with a pub lunch. We'll be leaving around 10am CSS, please let me know if you can come and if there's enough interest I'll let the pub know.

Would love to come ...rellies arriving that day so might join you for a bit and head back so I dont miss all the 'fun'

I dont like Connor or Iain ( Djembi?? ) so I'm sitting on the fence on that debate..

Dont suppose anyone fancies a Sunday ride this coming weekend? I was out on my tod last Sunday and it was bloody hard.....

That is not a surprise, tods have very stiff frames, you might want to try a softer saddle or maybe change the seatpost.

Pete, are you going to drop anyone who can't keep up as I might be a little hung over? And will you arrange for transport from the pub back to home, as I don't think I could manage a lunch time pub session and ride back afterwards? Otherwise it would be great to join you.

If it ever stops raining or snowing we'll be out and I've booked a table at the pub, I just need to confirm numbers to them on the morning. This will be a very sociable ride, not far, around 30 miles with a short ride after the pub mostly downhill back to Coulsdon. Meet 10.am CSS.

Phil, I'm relying on following you home afterwards you won't be the only one with a hangover.

That's funny, Ted told me that his Tod was a tad soft, I think you must be getting confused.
