I'll see how I feel and what the weather is like. I came off on the way home last night. Nothing major but my right hand shoulder and hip seem to be stiffening up as today progresses so I might just turbo instead
Hi Nick, If you are OK in the 19s group, you will be alright with us. Ive done 16 miles of cross country running today which might take the edge off my riding.
Dominic - The cold is good for reducing inflamation and you should always keep your joints moving so I recommend you come out for medical reasons.

I nearly fell over 3 times just walking back home just now...as much as I love to ride my bike I must draw the line somewhere and be sensible, don't want to ruin my xmas.
Yeah we did Paul, I remember now. I'll see what the roads are like in the morning, I expect the main roads will be ok. Its going to be bloody freezing though, best go fast to keep warm
Wish i could`ve joined you.But not taking any chances.Nearly came of last night. So its of to the turbo in the shed with a heater and cup of tea. Just thinking anyone up for may be something training groupish during the Xmas hols.See if we can get a few of us out mid week.Try to work of some of that Xmas dinner.
Just Paul, Nick and myself went in the end. Quick blast down to Gatwick and back. Roads were fine, just the odd spot of ice nesr the kerb but nothing that had us worried. Great ride, 39 miles on the clock door to door. Sun shining, nice and cold, old dears chatting us up, loved it, thanks guys.
