No, I'm not giving up on the road riding! But i found a great deal on a nice bike at my size, hence selling this sweet bike as complete.

- frame built by aerospace maestros Morati, the smoothest welds I've seen, frame won't rust, age or mind dings, plus the smoothness of ti
- effective top tube 56cm
- full Ultegra 9 speed gruppo (53/39 * 12/21), including recent STIs, chain BB cassette and rings (plus a brand new cassette and brake pads)
- Look full carbon forks (1") which are recent
- Thomson x4 stem (as new) in 100mm
- Token carbon ergo bars (as new)
- Avocet titanium saddle
- Shimano seatpost
- King headset
- two carbon bottle cages
- no pedals

All this for £750 (the frame only used to retail for more than a grand)

£750...bit steep sylv....remember you can buy a brand new complete bike these days for £500...

Yes I think it's a decent deal. You can sure get a new bike for £500 or probably even £150 but not with the same spec! I've been searching to great lengths for some deals on the web, and even at clearance prices found nothing that would come close to this.

Got another ti I'm afraid ... :)

Updated, even better specsheet and pics:

- Lovely frame crafted by aerospace maestros Morati for French make Sunn circa 1999. Effective toptube is 56cm, seat tube 49cm centre to centre, 54cm centre to top, headtube 1". Used to retail for more than a grand new.

- Complete Ultegra 9 speed groupset (52/39 * 12/21), including recent STIs and cables, cassette, chain, bb and rings. Plus a brand new cassette (13/25) and new brake pads. The rest of the components is in very good condition (cranks 172.5mm). Rims are Ambrosio Team (very good condition surface).

- Recent Look full carbon forks

- King headset

- As new Bontrager Race X Lite carbon bars

- As new Thomson X4 stem (with 1" shim)

- As new Thomson Elite seatpost

- Avocet 02 ti saddle

- recent Conti GP 3000 tires

- two TA carbon water bottles

- no pedals.

Will come with new Sunn stickers.

All this for £750.

Just removed the ageing stickers, but have some new Sunn ones.

Grahame, I will let it go for £675. Sold the Basso yet ? :wink:
