B standard chaingang ?

I know all this training business makes us sound a bit serious but, well, some people really are into this bike lark so feel free to talk about all training & self improvement related topics in here

I know its an obvious shout, but a lot of potholes out there now after the weather we have had so extra caution out there all. I am interested in the B group, but depending on something called work :? I may turn up when I can.

hmmm, 19 might be pushing it a bit for me at the moment :( , though if it's flat

Seems to be doing something doing the rounds at work and I feel like I'm fighting it at the moment :x

Can't see at the moment but time?

[quote="Antloony"]Just keep your eyes peeled on here for confirmed details, obviously depends on weather etc but hopefully there'll be something happening this coming week. Everyone's welcome, the more the merrier :D

I am up for this on thursdays from CSS - though cannot do this week or next week. I look forward to seeing confirmed details.

Serge, Gavin, Ant, et al (who's al?), why are you concentrating on a B chaingang? Yes, it would be great to assist others, but you're all strong enough to using a regular chaingang.

As Mr Loony says:
[quote="Antloony"]The beauty of these chain gangs is you dont have to do any work if your not feeling strong enough, if can hold a wheel at that speed you'll be ok.

I know I'm strong enough for the A chain gang Keith and will be doing these as well as the B just to help get it off the ground and try and encourage people to join in and keep the momentum going once they start.

Is the B chaingang happening this Thursday or are people waiting for a couple of weeks?

I'd be up for a ride on thursday if the weathers ok and we get half a dozen or so to come along.

No Chaingang for me this thursday. The first one I will be doing shall be the 11th of Feb. CSS 730pm. It will not be a balls out effort on my behalf (first one of the year so slowly and surely :( ). let me know who will be there and I will wait a short while.
