Judging by the comments on Saturdays CR Sean, you are not alone. The general consensus was with Christmas and the weather a lot of people have had a slow start to the New Year in cycling terms.

not been out for ages...months and months. Have just started going out for a few hours on Sunday and am embarressingly out of shape :oops:
