BikesPlus accept my old one for discounts. In GBs I never need to show it. Can't see any other need for it TBO

GB's moaned at me a while back for not having a card to show them when claiming discount.
To be fair, he did say it was because he suspects ex club members are still claiming so I can see his point.

I don't mind giving up some time to help get them out if there's an admin issue.

I think its a great idea to issue cards, that way we could be asked to show them to prove we're members instead of the farce of giving out socks at CSS and then being asked if you've paid your membership

Snoop, get on to it, your the man to make things happen around here :D

ps anyone want to buy some ACC socks before I put them on ebay

Above my pay grade mate  I think there is a problem with the printer we've asked - or something. Seriously - cards aren't my responsibility but I'll make some enquiries....they should be with all paid up members

Also - I am looking into some more member benefits, maybe a small discount at a restaurant or two....watch this space 8)

Phil Nash for membership renewals, or you could go to the new website and renew online if you have a paypal account. The best route is to get the details from Phil (He's Phil N on here for a pm) and set up a standing order with our bank, just gets paid each November without you having to remember then  .

The socks are good for TTs as the yellow tops on them matches the yellow of the oversocks so it looks better in the photos without and colour contrasts :D .

Hi All,

I had hoped to have the membership cards sorted by now, but I have been let down by a printer and have had to start all over again with a new one.

The new cards should be with me in the next couple of weeks. As soon as I receive them I will start to issue them to paid up members.

As present about 35% of members have not paid their subs for this year which were due in November, they will not receive a card until they have paid!

It is also important that you keep your contact details up to date with me as I will be posting cards out to members.

Hopefully this delay will not happen again as we are getting cards (1000) that are undated, the members name and expiry date being added at the time of issue.

Cheers,

Phil.
