I plan to stick skinnies on my mtb tonight and do the j4f tomorrow.

The quartermaster here at Snoopington Towers has just informed me that we have a surplus of SIS Smart Energy Gels. If I come out to play tomorrow and if I remember to bring them with me, would anyone be interested in taking a gel or two off me hands? No charge - they are use by June 2010.

Pls let me know as I don't fancy lugging 9 of these things around for the heck of it

Snoop, our recent meetings have either involved both of us being armed, laying on the floor in an unusual position occasionally groaning, or you were wearing a skirt. Dressing top to toe in lycra for the next one will seem positively boring.
