If I leave the cafe by 11:30 and don't stop for a coffee at granny pink's, I can be back in Bromley by 1:15pm. I'm sure you can get round our clubrun and back to South Norwood by 1pm.

Hi Sean, post on here how it goes, I often see them gathering as I cycle past late for our club run and have often wondered what their's is like, not that I would ever dream of turning traitor and going one one

I think they head out via Green Street Green and in to the Kent/Surrey lanes around the Cudham area. I sometimes see some of them in and around that area on Sundays.

whats the pace like? do they all stick together? how long are they gone for, any cafe stop?

Pace in the 'not so fast' group was to be polite very social, and with a time limit in mind I soon left them after we'd taken a diff route to avoid what would've been a very slippery Cudham Lane.

The route to and from Crystal Palace is about 30 miles and there is no cafe stop as they do that afterwards. A nice alternative to cycling out to Coulsdon if time is short.

Depends on the route Sean, I expect theirs is similar and the faster group does a longer ride.
