If I leave the cafe by 11:30 and don't stop for a coffee at granny pink's, I can be back in Bromley by 1:15pm. I'm sure you can get round our clubrun and back to South Norwood by 1pm.

Make up your mind. first you say back by 1, then back by 12. Next you'll be moving to the other side of the world. Anybody would think you didn't like us.

Hi Sean, post on here how it goes, I often see them gathering as I cycle past late for our club run and have often wondered what their's is like, not that I would ever dream of turning traitor and going one one

I think they head out via Green Street Green and in to the Kent/Surrey lanes around the Cudham area. I sometimes see some of them in and around that area on Sundays.

[quote="Sean Hogan"]I have to be back by 1 tomorrow, so the option of the Agreeable CR is not on. Therefore I'll be doing the quicker, and frankly far easier to get to Dulwich Paragon CR from Crystal Palace's Cagfe St.Germain.

The usual rollout time is about 09:15.

Anyone care to join me?

[quote="Sean Hogan"]There were about 70- riders. Split into fast, not so fast and slow groups without a set avg speed. It was a bit slapdash and even one of their senior riders admitted that they had some way to go organising groups such as ours that set off more or less at the time on the tin.

Pace in the 'not so fast' group was to be polite very social, and with a time limit in mind I soon left them after we'd taken a diff route to avoid what would've been a very slippery Cudham Lane.

The route to and from Crystal Palace is about 30 miles and there is no cafe stop as they do that afterwards. A nice alternative to cycling out to Coulsdon if time is short.

S.

Ooops, I forgot. Yes they tend ot stick together and look out for stragglers.

Sounds rubbish

Is that 30 miles in total or 30 miles out and 30 miles back?

Depends on the route Sean, I expect theirs is similar and the faster group does a longer ride.

[quote="Sean Hogan"]30 round trip. Our CR is only 35.

It's a nice 75 miles for me by the time I get home via box hill.
