Green Fingers Café based in a garden centre, is one of two cafes located in the small village of Duddleswell in the Ashdown Forest. This is another popular cyclists café set at the very top of the forest area, so expect a hard climb to get there, via the four miles drag up from Hartfield, or via “The Wall” coming from Wych Cross / Forest Row. Indoor seating can be a bit limited if the cafe is busy, but there is plenty of outdoor seating to accomodate larger groups. As always, like most popular cyclists cafes, the food and service is great. The other alternative cafe is further down the road and has less predicatble opening times, and for a period of time was not open on Saturdays, so check opening times if you decided to do this one instead.
