Club Time Trial Organiser – Vacancy
Message from Jonathan Pontin – ACC Time Trial Secretary
After many years of selflessly putting on the Evening Time Trials (along with Phil Nash), Tim Coales has decided to step down from the role of Club Time Trial Organiser.
Tim wanted to step down at the end of 2019, but kindly carried on to give us some handover time. Tim is planning to run the Evening TT on Tuesday 1st June but after that he will step down.
To carry on running club TTs (including the inter-club TTs vs Redhill/Norwood Paragon/SLH and the hill climb) we are looking for a Club TT organiser to step in and take up the reins. Without this our club TTs will sadly have to stop.
The main responsibilities of the Club TT organiser are setting out the signs on the TT course, timekeeping and ensuring that the rider sign on is run properly and people actually pay!
The Organiser also keeps hold of the stopwatches, road signs and rider numbers for the TTs.

Remember the Club TT organiser doesn’t have to be at everything, other people can step in to run events.

11 September – 11am Holmwood – Presidents 10
25 September – 10am Gangers Hill – Club Hill Climb Champs
