I'm riding 6 days out of 7, varying from short sharp 1/2 hour indoor efforts to 5 hour ride on my Thursday off and a 3 hour ride on a Sunday.
I think i'm fuelling well on the bike with a mixture of flap jacks, malt loaf, carb drinks and gels. On the 65 mile ride I did last Thurs, I felt I had taken on enough to go further if I wanted.
I find the problem I have at the moment though is that i'm constantly hungry!
Take yesterday for example, I had porridge for breakfast (7.30am), did a 3 hour ride (1/2 a eat natural bar, 1 bottle of carb drink)
Had a rego shake(11.45am), showered and had 2 egg sandwiches on wholemeal bread for lunch (12.34pm).
Then I had 2 sesame seed ryvita with chicken slices on (2.00pm.)

By dinner time I was actually anxious because I was that hungry. We had a Sunday roast (6.15pm) and by 8.30pm I was still hungry so had some rice pudding.
Before anyone starts, I know 50% of what I ate yesterday wasn't deemed as "healthy" but is it normal to be eating this much or am I not eating enough?
